What makes someone a winner?
Top athletes train for years to run a race in seconds. So, what makes them different to you?
Simply, it is all about the mindset. Winning is a state of mind, we can all be winners if we start thinking and making decisions like winners. Winning is nothing more than a choice.
So, what is stopping you from being a winner?
Is it your negative thoughts that are preventing you from fully using all the resources available to you
Whatever it is that is causing these negative thoughts could be past conditioning which has been passed on by people in our lives or from our own defence mechanisms. Your thinking and physiological systems are all working to protect you from harm that have been conditioned by the first source.
The journey to become a winner starts with winning thoughts. These are inspirations that will push your spirit high. A winner is someone who is determined, disciplined, motivated and has the desire to improve their life.
There are many factors that affect the psychology of a winner, but in order to start truly changing your mindset, you need to find what your ultimate goal is. Gaining clarity of purpose and identifying your “why” behind the goal is paramount.
